Theater Photography
I’ve got into the theater as a photographer of the school drama group. In 2023, I accompanied the group to the Erkel Student Festival in Gyula
and have been photographing them ever since. Photographing such performances is a special challenge because you have to take pictures in a dark hole
where the photographer is not the priority. Sometimes it can be sweaty to take a lot of pictures very quickly,
but the result is always worth the effort (and the storage…). Unfortunately, I can do this kind of photography less and less because
they noticed my sound engineering skills and since then I have to help in sound engineering.
Scout Photography
Photographing scout programs is a huge experience for me because here a lot of different genres mix: nature photography, games, event photography,
portraits, and I could go on. I have a lot of opportunities and honestly, it feels very good.
I usually take photos with my patrol leader because he is also interested in the topic. For me, this is a great relaxation because here I really
only need my creativity.
The gear
I use a Canon EOS 600D with an 18-135mm lens. It’s a good camera, I really like it.
For video, I use a Huawei P40 Pro with a Hohem iSteady Mobile+ gimbal. I’ve just started
to use a gimbal and there is a lot to learn, but I enjoy using it.
